Getting Going March 27, 2008

Well I actually went swimming yesterday and have plans to go biking today. At least I’m doing something, however lame it is:

Warm-Up

300 Free

100 Back (50 kick, 50 swim)

100 Breast (50 kick, 50 swim)

Main set

5 x 200 (alternate Free, IM, Free, IM, Free – did the last one on a pace. Currently holding about a 1:40 pace in a meter pool. I am SO out of shape and SO slow 😦

Warm-Down

200 (50 back kick, 50 dolphin kick, 50 back, 50 free)

I’m planning on going for a ride today after work but there’s a possibility that it’s going to rain. Definitely going to ride this weekend. Hopefully swim too.
