Bike to Work Day April 23, 2008

Today was Bike To Work Day for my company and so I drove down to Menlo Park to join in on the Bike to Work Day. I’m not really in shape enough to have made the ride from San Francisco. The route from the MP starting point to work came out to about 20 miles for me so that makes today a 40 mile round-trip day. Woo Hoo!

Aspirations of Athletic Greatness 
I survived the Bike To Work Day! Wooo hooo! It was really hard and it was really difficult for me. I need to get into better bike shape because for reals? 45 miles round trip almost killed me.
